Shipping

My Prana Oasis applies flat rate shipping for $5, and free shipping for orders over $75. The order subtotal must be over the advertised dollar amount after discounts and before taxes to qualify for free shipping.

 

Please allow up to 7 business day for processing, and 3 – 4 business days for delivery time. Due to COVID some items may require addition time for delivery.

 

Currently, My Prana Oasis only delivers to addresses within the United States of America.

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify My Prana Oasis via returns@mypranaoasis.com within 5 days of order delivery for return shipping instruction. You may return the unopened/unused item(s), with tags still attached, within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees).

 

Once your package is received and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been met. Your refund will be returned using the same method used for the original payment of the purchase.

Exchanges

We're sorry, but item exchanges are not currently supported. However, you may place a new order before or after receiving a refund, since the return order and the new order are independent processes.
